Dr. Hawari, a native of northern California, studied biology with an emphasis in neurobiology, physiology, and behavior at the University of California Davis. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the prestigious University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Hawari then chose to travel to the east coast and further advance his dental training by completing a General Practice residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, a level one trauma center in New York City. While at St. Barnabas, Dr. Hawari provided comprehensive dental care to a medically diverse population of inpatients and outpatients.
Dr. Hawari enjoys using his knowledge and expertise to help offer his patients the highest quality of care while keeping his patients concerns his top priority. More importantly, Dr. Hawari loves to keep his patients engaged in their oral health, by providing explanations and advice on how they can achieve their oral health goals. When not providing care to his patients you can find Dr. Hawari watching basketball games, with his favorite team being the Golden State Warriors. Dr. Hawari also likes to spend time giving back to his community by volunteering as a dentist for events like CDA Cares, Gives Kids a Smile, Project Homeless Connect. Dr. Hawari is a member of the California Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Alameda County Dental Society.
